-healty life-
the ways that i prefer to live in a healthy life are practice a diet meal and live in a good invironment. first of all i will make sure that i eat more vegetables, meat and mineral for drink. for breakfast, i just take a glass of milo and some bread or kuih muih. make sure that the kuih not too oily. for lunch i usually take a meal that contained some rice, vegetables and meat either chicken, fish or beef. before lunch i take some fruit as a dessert. the most important thing that i have a dinner before 8pm and after the time i just drink a glass of milk to build my stamina for next day. for ensure that i live in a good healthyi keep a clean place, keep out from smoker, jogging and smile always for have a good mood.

Healthy life

The ways can help me live a healthy life is the firstly eat healty diet everyday.In daily food, i will eat more vegetables between 3-4 servings. At the breakfast,I eat sandwich and milk because it's very good for healthy.Both suitable become breakfast food.It contains protein, low fats and carbohidrate. Furthermore, at lunch I will eat heavy food like rice, fish or chicken and vegetables.Before i eat, i will eat fruits because with it a food digestible fast food in stomach. At the evening,i will joging and playing with my friends for example badminton, bowling, and netball to stronger my body. At dinner, i eat one hamburger on a roll, milo and so on. In additional,i drink more mineral water because every body human needs more mineral water to bring energy to doing any work.

Think Pad University and online banking is that people can do much of their schoolwork and banking by themselves.As a result,they may have less interaction with other people.I think this is positive effect of modern technology because it become the work is easy especially to officer or interpreneur is busy in office.
Beside that, they didn't wait long time to pay their payment in a bank because they also has many work to do in short time.With has online banking it become the work is easy and it can make anytime. It because office bank open from 8am until 5pm only and this time usually many people busy to make their work and to night maybe they has time to settle other cases.Furthermore, with online banking it also become the duty of accountance faster and accurate.So, if the management make faster it will improve mamagement system in country.

As we know, many people make a healthy diet for their life to be happiness with their family. There are many ways that can help their life in a healthy life. For me especially, I always practice physical exercise to my body every evening. Why I always make like that, it is because, the physical exercise is very important for my body to be strong and can help my life to be healthy life without the disease. After that, I always make an enough sleeping for my life. It is because, the enough sleeping can make me be strong, and enough rest and then can focus my entire lesson being the best. Beside that, I always drink the milk every day before go to campus although I dislike it. But, I know, the milk is very good for me as a student. Then, I also take a healthy diet every day with eat a big amount of grains, fruits and vegetables to be a healthy life and inhibit my life from cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Nevertheless, I also eat ice cream, meat; carbonate drink but just only a small amount in my life because it’s bad. As a conclusion, I as a student must take care about my healthy and must improve my diet and always enjoy many years of healthy living because health is better than wealth. (10809931).

Firstly, since a long time it is a fact, that exercising and fitness activities have a therapeutically effect on a lot of mental problems and deceases. Many of people things that healthy life is not important. There not follow the food guide pyramid. In my opinion healthy life is very important. Moreover when we live in a healthy life we can live in a happy life, enjoy and cheer. There are many way to get a healthy life but me take a simple healthy life.
Firstly, I follow the food guide pyramid. It is enough to care the healthy life. I always take vegetables at my lunch. Beside that, I also take more fruits for example banana. Apple. My Healthy Life


The ways i help myself live a healthy life are eating healthy foods, avoid excessive fats, sugar and alcohol, no nicotine,drink plenty of water, and must exercise. The types of healthy foods i was ate milk,yogurt,vegetables,fruits,bread and others. Besides that,i have eat breakfast every morning because breakfast eaters are champions of good health. Research shows people who have a morning meal tend to take in more vitamins and minerals, and less fat and cholesterol. The result is often a leaner body, lower cholesterol count, and less chance of overeating.In addition,i was managed stress,for example balance work, home, and play,get support from family and friends, stay positive, take time to relax and lastly get help or counseling if needed.

My healthy life, how i help myself live a healthy life? To make sure that my life is always healthy, every morning i wiil drink one glass of milk.Before come here (USIM) i never drink a milk because i dosen't like it.But after my sister tell me, we need to drink milk even it's taste is not delicious but it help us to make our born strong and when we are old we can avoid the desease. After that i will make sure that i will take some rice one or two for one day with the vegetable and drink more the warm water every day.Fruit,i'm not eat for everyday but i will take it in one month.I love it the sweets like candy, chocolate,and some like that but i not always eat thats item because it not good for me if i take it everyday and it not good for my money too. As a woman, I often think that eating too much will make me fat. Sometimes, I am confufused about what types of food is healthy, and what kind of food can be harmful to my health. Nevertheless, I had decided on myself I have to control my daily eating life style in order to get healthy life. For me, I prefer taking more fruit and vegetables than a meat like banana and orange(good for our stomach), and green vegetables. Moreover, meat like beef, chicken and so on will increase our gain of colestrol in our body. In fact, I also take grains like bread, cereal (Nestum, Nesvita or corn flakes) and rice as my breakfast in the early morning. I ought to do so because I have a gastric and must eat properly based on eating time. Sometimes I love to take whatever I think it tastes good. Unfortunately, I could not find it easily because of budget. But, it is goods for me because it had avoid me from eating the things not important to me and at indirectly I had saved my money. Apart from that, we have to drink eight glasses of water per day. That is what I'm doing in my daily life but I never achieved that quantity yet. However, it is not enough for us. I also make an interaction with my friends because a good interaction is good for our life. We will feel calmness and harmonious when we talk and communicate with our friends and lough together. It can release our stress. In addition, I often jogging in every weekend if there is no program. Moreover, everybody needs a rest time not excluded me. We need a time with our family and friends. Nutshell, I thankful to God because gave me a healthy life.

Nowadays, world has become more developed and a lot of invention that had been made. The invention that had been made now is very useful and it makes people easier to do anything and a lot of work can do in the same time. Besides that, some invention made to make our self and also our property safe to use. The invention that people need today is digital key for motorcycles. The digital key for motorcycle is very useful. We need to enter the password after we switch on and before we start the engine.

The digital key is very useful nowadays. It is because many robbery cases now are related to motorcycle robbery. I think that, the digital key for motorcycle is become easier to the user that the owner will not worry that the motorcycle will difficult to be stole. Furthermore, many people are using motorcycle and this is one of the ways by to safety in using motorcycle. Besides that, the price is not very expensive and it is suitable. The price is only just RM 250.
