Every person need to healthy in life,everyone need to health to live withoud diseases.A healthy in live most important in our life.I help my live healthy life,like eat fruit and I choose types of food are healthiest to eat.for example,fish,chicken,milk,yogurt,cheese,and vegetables.after that,I drink more water because to dissolve food quickly.I also eat food exact time.then, I also very like eat fruit and vegetable because can help people avoid many diseases and can stop diseases from making people sick.sometime I do the exercise at my hostel.Lastly I hope I can improve my life to be a good lifestyle.
