Adopt child

Adoption is the act of legally placing a child with a parent or parent other than those to whom they were born. An adoption order has the effect of severing parental responsibilities and right of the original parents and transferring those responsibilities and right to the adoptive parents.
In my opinion, if we childless of own kids, better adopt a child, this is because will foment in family, sometimes its reach divorce because no stands with people gossip or own relatives asked of child. As solution, is better adopting a child though not from own kind, at least able entertain one family? For those having own children, no in encourage adopt a child, this is because will probably add larger problem in families. Will probably occurrence of jealous etc among siblings adopted, even when their adult will know origins, sometimes occurrence of fight among them, then would arise in families problem, relationship will drift apart etc.
His conclusion, adopt a child was one noble deed, however it it’s located to respective individual to be sure shaping up or bad.

Take care of body health is one big thing at every time. These bodies important, especially for which still young, for those elderly also had to look after body health nicely, so that do not reach we outstretched and not capable to manage oneself up to hang heavy and hardship on others.

Inter and intra tips to taking care of health is, eat healthy meals, organic food, drink clean water enough, exercise and cragsman self, eluded of cigarette, drug, tobacco and liquor, takes time to rest, rejoice all family and co.

If we can practice these tips, health would be assured and will produce healthy and safe family.

-healty life-
the ways that i prefer to live in a healthy life are practice a diet meal and live in a good invironment. first of all i will make sure that i eat more vegetables, meat and mineral for drink. for breakfast, i just take a glass of milo and some bread or kuih muih. make sure that the kuih not too oily. for lunch i usually take a meal that contained some rice, vegetables and meat either chicken, fish or beef. before lunch i take some fruit as a dessert. the most important thing that i have a dinner before 8pm and after the time i just drink a glass of milk to build my stamina for next day. for ensure that i live in a good healthyi keep a clean place, keep out from smoker, jogging and smile always for have a good mood.

Healthy life

The ways can help me live a healthy life is the firstly eat healty diet everyday.In daily food, i will eat more vegetables between 3-4 servings. At the breakfast,I eat sandwich and milk because it's very good for healthy.Both suitable become breakfast food.It contains protein, low fats and carbohidrate. Furthermore, at lunch I will eat heavy food like rice, fish or chicken and vegetables.Before i eat, i will eat fruits because with it a food digestible fast food in stomach. At the evening,i will joging and playing with my friends for example badminton, bowling, and netball to stronger my body. At dinner, i eat one hamburger on a roll, milo and so on. In additional,i drink more mineral water because every body human needs more mineral water to bring energy to doing any work.

Online banking

Think Pad University and online banking is that people can do much of their schoolwork and banking by themselves.As a result,they may have less interaction with other people.I think this is positive effect of modern technology because it become the work is easy especially to officer or interpreneur is busy in office.
Beside that, they didn't wait long time to pay their payment in a bank because they also has many work to do in short time.With has online banking it become the work is easy and it can make anytime. It because office bank open from 8am until 5pm only and this time usually many people busy to make their work and to night maybe they has time to settle other cases.Furthermore, with online banking it also become the duty of accountance faster and accurate.So, if the management make faster it will improve mamagement system in country.



As we know, many people make a healthy diet for their life to be happiness with their family. There are many ways that can help their life in a healthy life. For me especially, I always practice physical exercise to my body every evening. Why I always make like that, it is because, the physical exercise is very important for my body to be strong and can help my life to be healthy life without the disease. After that, I always make an enough sleeping for my life. It is because, the enough sleeping can make me be strong, and enough rest and then can focus my entire lesson being the best. Beside that, I always drink the milk every day before go to campus although I dislike it. But, I know, the milk is very good for me as a student. Then, I also take a healthy diet every day with eat a big amount of grains, fruits and vegetables to be a healthy life and inhibit my life from cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Nevertheless, I also eat ice cream, meat; carbonate drink but just only a small amount in my life because it’s bad. As a conclusion, I as a student must take care about my healthy and must improve my diet and always enjoy many years of healthy living because health is better than wealth. (10809931).

Taking sufficient amounts of water is essential for health and life, but also we need to avoid foods that drain our bodies from vital fluids. Foods that are high in sugar, salt, caffeine and preservatives will actually absorb fluids from your body causing certain vital functions to shut down. Eating foods that are naturally rich in water is essential and include all fruits, vegetables and sprouts such as in the food guide pyramid.
Applying these simple tips for living a healthy life will vastly improve your health and consequently the way you feel. When we feel good life is a pleasure and we suck from it all the juice. Life is a gift and know that tomorrow is not promised to you. Live everyday like it's your last and constantly seek out tips for living a healthy life and improving yourself and the quality of your life.
