-healty life-
the ways that i prefer to live in a healthy life are practice a diet meal and live in a good invironment. first of all i will make sure that i eat more vegetables, meat and mineral for drink. for breakfast, i just take a glass of milo and some bread or kuih muih. make sure that the kuih not too oily. for lunch i usually take a meal that contained some rice, vegetables and meat either chicken, fish or beef. before lunch i take some fruit as a dessert. the most important thing that i have a dinner before 8pm and after the time i just drink a glass of milk to build my stamina for next day. for ensure that i live in a good healthyi keep a clean place, keep out from smoker, jogging and smile always for have a good mood.
