healthy life..................

In our live, we need to have a healthy life. There are many ways that I do to help myself live in a healthy life. A healthy sleep routine is one of the ways to have a healthy life. Prepare for a restful night by relaxing before its time to sleep to help our body slow down. Besides that, doing exercise regularly is the other ways that also can help beat our strees besides get a healthy life. We will fell not comfortable if we are in stress. Because of that, we must have exercise in our life. Furthermore, we need also take good foods and drinks. It is because, in taking goods foods and drinks can help our life get an energy and strengh to do works. we need to take good foods such in the food guide pyramid because with it, we will be control in eating besides it help our life to get healthy life.
