Healthy Life...

As we know,every people have their own ways to live in healthy life.Like me too. For me, i'm practice a few ways like sport,food and others.Firstly, sport is very important to make healthy body.Why? It is because sport like jogging,running and swimming can improve our energy.We can do the exercise like jogging everyday.Moreover,sport also help our mental and physical in healthy life. Secondly,food also is one of the important kind in healthy life.Most of people nowaday don't care about their food and diet. In research show that, most of people die causes of desease come from food.Like for example,most of them suffer in diabetes,heart-attack and etc.For me, the best way to help ourself in healthy life is take a balance diet.The balance diet contains the pyramid food.It is suitable for our healthy.As a conclusion,we can improve our diet now and enjoy our life in healthy living.
