I have read my article entitle “Robiah first female CPO in Malaysia”. Before that, never has female become CPO in Malaysia. In my opinion, she was a hardworking and efficient in job until her excellent in her career. Firstly, she was a Platoon Commander of the first women Police field Force (PFF) until seven years and excellent achieve her career until be constitute as a CPO. Her excellent can be support another female to make attempt in work. After that, her career as a role to all women in Malaysia and she said that the women can be achieve in successful. Nowadays, don’t have different between men or female. In addition, we must be sincerely and responsible in job that we done. This is factor to achievement successful. It is because, this nature can be changing our life and my suggestion, and I hope another female more hardworking and more responsible on their career to get successful. Beside that, I hope the government must give award of their excellent in order to make them more spirit to work. Lastly, I hope more women success in their career in future whether as a policewomen or lecturer.

I read an article entitle 10 hot trends to look at for coming up with a new product idea written by Ken Tarlow. There are ten hot trends. If we are businesswoman, we will use this trend to increase our new product idea. We will choose the trend of number three. It is because; working at home can make people more hardworking and can make the job easily. At home, we can make both job and suitable for women because they can spend their time to their children and job. After that, we will choose the trend of number nine that the interactive everything can come up our new product idea. Why we said like that? It is because; we always use the radio, television and internet to increase our new product. The instrument can help us to disseminate our product to another country. The people can get the news easily and they want to buy our product. Beside that, I believe that the customer will trust our new product because they can see in internet and television.
