journal 4-first gold medal

I think Malaysia will win the first Olympics gold medal in 2012 in badminton sport. Of course it will be winning by the special one, Lee Chong Wei. It is because Malaysia has a good athlete Lee Chong Wei who had won silver medal in last Beijing Olympics. Although it was silver medal it means too much to our country. Besides, our government also support and encourage him to do well in next Olympics. Moreover, he got the certification ‘datuk’ through Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri (DSPN). In addition, he got RM 300,000 and retired money RM3, 000 for whole life regarding to government promise. Nutshell, I am confident that Malaysia will win the first gold medal in badminton event with God’s willing in the London Olympic 2012.

Journal w5, TV commercial…

The reason why I consider Petronas Aidilfitri TV commercial as my favorite TV commercial is because it haves moral values. First, there is respect value, as a son, Man gives his respect to his mother. Examples, he back to his village although he was busy in the town. Besides, there is also patient. Man’s mother always patient and calm either her son be with her or not. Examples, she is not mad at her son when her son wants to back to the town in order to fulfill the requirement of his work. Furthermore, one uncle tells that he always want to be with his son because he loves his son so much. For instance, he would not leave his son to make sure that his son is fine. If not, he would not calm. Next, responsible value. Man is a responsible son. For example, he becomes aware of his responsibility to his mother when he heard the Uncle’s story and come back to his home to seek his mother’s forgiveness. Even though he just arrived at his home, he wants to finish it. In addition, there is a humble value. For instance, as a son, Man seeks forgiveness from his mother because he leaves her mother alone. Nutshell, this TV commercial is good to be show.

Article review-Chapter 3(deciding on career)
Get a head start by Mohd Noor Aswad

Nowadays, we can see that more immigrants come to Malaysia to work. Unfortunately, our graduates are jobless. As a result, there is Career Path 2008 (CP08) that is organized by the University of Malaya (UM) in order to provide students with more career options. What I have learnt from this article is it is important for us to be more aware about our future life especially working world. Moreover, this program is for undergraduates and it is suitable for me as a university student. In my opinion, this program alerts me about what I was studying now and what I am going to be one day. Furthermore, it gives good implications to the students. Moreover, this program also opens the students’ eyes about how important are their studies and future’s life. I hope the collaboration between two parties like this will be organized from time to time. Last but not least, I wish I will participate in next Career Path because I am interested to be one of it members. Of course with God’s will.
