According to the article I agree with the author because we must plan how to sell a house in a slow market and in the same time you can get the profit from the house’s price. I accept the first tips, and in my opinion make those repairs is very important in this time because it will be determine to get the costumer if the house has no problem and good. It will be chosed by the buyer. However, I suggest do not repair all the materials in the house, just repair the simple and basic things only. For example repair the toilet, pipe and leaky roof. I support Lenn Harley said, in this situation we must look the latest price in the market and try to adjust our price but do not put the lower that cannot bring any advantages to us. Choose the suitable price that can make the buyer feel applicable and free from anxiety and give benefit to the seller also. About the showing house, I think we must put the view limiting the house in Saturday and Sunday but we must be on time when the costumer want to see the house. For the people who make an appointment, you must put the suitable time for the appointment and not so strait. Mainly make sure your hand phone always on to make easier for contact with costumer. You can get the buyer for every property if you always prepare for selling the house.
