What I think of the Beijing Olympic?

I think the Beijing Olympic 2008 is the best event in the world. It also knows as the Games of XXIX Olympiad, is a major international multi-sport event. The host city in Beijing, China. It held in Beijing National Stadium of China. As we know China is one of the famous cities in the world. The opening ceremony in 8th August by President Hi Jintou and the closing ceremony in 24th August 2008.In this year, a total of 10,500 athletes are expected to compete in 302 events in 28 sports, one event more than was on the schedule of the 2004 games .Then, the Olympic slogan, One World, One Dream, calls upon the world to unite in the Olympic spirit. When do you think Malaysia will win the first Olympic Gold Madel & in what event or sport?

I think Malaysia will win the first gold medal in Olympic Games 2012 in badminton. I believe that this sport can give the first gold for us. It because Malaysia also has a few best athletes like Woon Choong Han, Hafiz Hashim, and others. At the same time, we already have good coach for badminton like Misbun Sidek and etc. Like before, this country participated in another sports in Olympic Games but only get the silver and bronze medal. But, it showed that the Malaysia’s athletes never give up and have strong spirited to get gold medal one day. I really hope, as a Malaysian, we must support our athlete to do the best and get the first gold medal in Olympic Games next year.(farhana)
