Identity in Learning and the link culture

In my opinion about the question of identity in learning and the link with culture by Clark Aldrich, he posted an article on the importance of honesty in training design. In this article he give his suggestion about some practical methods for homing in on the truth. He also using a more fundamental cultural concept: identity. This means how individuals engaged in learning something feel about who they are and the image they project in social and profesional contexts. Besides that he relates the initial experience to define an approach that focuses on the subjective and this question of identity. After that he talk about learner perception and relationship between ideas, principles, objects. So I think this article learn to us how ideas related intercultural and multicultural of learning ( my fundamental speciality).. (zima.a. =0)
